ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION.

IN SOME CASES WE ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations, But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Some leather goods like belts and bags are custom hand made to the exact specifications of our clients in leather type and color, buckle finish, size, etc. The buyer is respsonsible for making sure their order has the correct size, color, finish, etc. 

So, unless the products have manufacturing defects we can't accept returns for customized or personalized orders like belts or leather bags. We can not accept returns due to natural variations in the leather grain, color, texture, etc. 


Items on sale are final sale only, and can not be returned or exchanged.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, returns will not be accepted. Purchase price, not shipping costs, will be refunded after receiving, inspecting and accepting returns within 10 business days. There is a flat $15 restocking fee for returns.
